Proof Camera App is a client-side Android utility designed to generate cryptographic hashes (SHA-256), location stamps, and local time logs for photos and videos captured on your device. The Application operates on a local-first model and does not transmit media or telemetry to remote servers.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Application in full compliance with local laws and Google Play Developer Program Policies. You must not use the Application to:

Harass, stalk, or invade the privacy of others.
Falsify, manipulate, or misrepresent cryptographic proof packages.
Engage in illegal activities or unauthorized surveillance.

4. Legal Disclaimer & Evidentiary Status

Proof Camera App provides technical self-verification tools. We make no guarantees regarding the admissibility of exported evidence packages in formal legal proceedings, arbitration, or commercial claims. Legal admissibility depends on local jurisdiction standards and judicial discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers of Proof Camera App shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, corrupted files, or disputed claims arising from the use of the Application.
